For over 50 years, Vili’s has been baking Australia’s favourite pies and pastries. Our Washroom team keeps the bakery safe, clean, compliant and ready to run, every single day.

What you’ll do

- Cleaning and sanitising production trays, utensils, tubs and equipment.

Operating high-pressure hoses to clean

Ensuring all equipment and utensils meet food safety and hygiene standards before returning to production.

Safely handling cleaning chemicals and sanitation products in accordance with workplace procedures.

Maintaining a clean, organised and hazard-free washroom and production environment.

Following allergen management and cross-contamination prevention procedures.

Practising safe manual handling and contributing to a strong workplace safety culture

About you

- Reliable and available to work regular casual shifts on a Monday to Friday roster.





Comfortable performing physical work, including standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks and lifting up to 20kg.

Able to work in warm, cold and wet production environments.

A safety-first mindset with solid attention to detail.

A positive team player who takes pride in producing quality products.

Willingness to learn and follow food safety, quality and operating procedures.
