Our client, a well-regarded aged care provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join their team in South West Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, resident-focused workplace where you can make a meaningful difference every day. One full time and one part time position available. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
- Administer medications and monitor resident health conditions
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards
- Support and supervise care staff to ensure best practice care delivery

Skills & Experience Required:





- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (aged care preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Computer literacy and experience with clinical systems

Essential Requirements:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (nursing)
- WA National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
- Evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccination
- Eligibility to work in Australia on an unrestricted or fixed term basis
