Warrigal is seeking a Care Service Employee Night Shift - Team Leader at Mount Warrigal Residential Home in Wollongong, NSW. You will lead a small night staff team, coordinate care delivery and mentor colleagues to uphold high standards of clinical and compassionate care.

You will advocate for residents, support medication administration, and collaborate with the broader team to ensure safety and quality of life. This role is part time with a base hourly rate plus penalties.
