Susuru Izakaya in Newcastle CBD is seeking a full-time cook/kitchen hand to join our traditional Japanese ramen and izakaya kitchen. You will work in a busy setting, learn our dumpling and ramen preparation, and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, flexibility with a 38-42 hour week including weekends and public holidays, and knowledge of food safety and cleaning procedures.
