West Moreton Health is seeking a dedicated clinician to lead the Eat Walk Engage program, preventing delirium in older inpatients through expert clinical delivery, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

This permanent part-time role (32 hours per fortnight) offers flexible work options, professional development and competitive advantages within Queensland's health system. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams across Ipswich, Boonah, Gatton and surrounding areas.
