Centrecare is seeking an Assessment and Referral Officer at Level 5 in Australia. The role involves conducting assessments with people at risk of homelessness, making referrals to accommodation and service providers, and delivering face-to-face appointments for complex needs.

The position operates in a call room setting with high-volume client contact. Shifts are rostered—8.30am-4.30pm, 9am-5pm, 11.15am-7.15pm—with one Saturday/Sunday per month; 150 hours per four-week period.
