Uniting is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead human-centred research, map journeys and shape future-state service models across Philanthropy and Pastoral Care & Mission. You will run workshops, synthesize insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed customer-centred thinking in service improvements.

The role offers six-month projects or a 12-month contract, with a focus on compassionate, outcome-driven experiences for donors, bequestors and residents in aged care.
