Wellways is seeking a Service & Practice Lead – Housing to drive the delivery of housing and homelessness services across Melbourne, Gippsland, Geelong and Shepparton. You’ll lead Doorway and Assertive Outreach, guiding teams to help people secure and maintain secure housing while strengthening connections and independence.

You’ll collaborate with health services, community organisations and funders to create clearer pathways for participants and improve service outcomes.
