Access Health and Community is seeking a Headspace Malvern Team Leader on a 0.8 EFT parental leave cover. Based in Malvern, you will provide operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering assessment, support and intervention to young people aged 12–25.

You will supervise rosters, waitlists and demand, while mentoring staff to ensure timely, high-quality care. Adaptable delivery includes face-to-face and telehealth with occasional after-hours work.
