TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) in Nicholls, ACT. The role oversees a 38-hour week across before/after school care and admin time, with flexibility to work admin hours from home. You will lead a team, ensure a safe, engaging program and maintain community partnerships.

You will mentor staff, coordinate activities, manage compliance and build solid ties with schools, families and local communities while advancing your leadership career.
