Rarekind is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Microenterprise Development (MED) national program. You will unite 40 Business Coaches and 4 Regional Managers, driving performance, strategy and growth with empathy and accountability across Australia.

You’ll travel to regions, engage Indigenous communities where relevant, and shape how MED is delivered nationwide, ensuring sustainable outcomes and client impact.
