Respect Group in Wangaratta is seeking a Clinical Care Partner – Home Care to provide protected, clinically informed care to participants with identified needs, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised care plans.

Based in Wangaratta, you will work within your scope of practice, collaborate with GPs and allied health, lead Restorative Care Pathways, and support participants’ independence and dignity across home-based services.
