The Bethanie Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our People and Transformation team in Perth. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering strategic projects and embedding change across the organisation, with a bias toward implementation over theory.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Change, you will design governance, monitor milestones, manage budgets, and build strong stakeholder relationships to drive successful outcomes in a regulated aged care setting.
