COPE Sensitive Freight seeks an experienced operational leader to guide our NSW/ACT operation through growth and transformation as we relocate to a purpose-built site. You will report to the National Operations Manager and oversee safety, operational excellence, financial performance and people leadership across NSW and ACT.

You will build high-performing teams, drive change, manage budgets and engage customers and key stakeholders in a dynamic logistics setting.
