SustainRecruit is hiring builders for an AI-native engineering team in a fintech growth-stage setting. You will work directly with ops, sales, and product to understand business problems and turn them into shipped software without handoffs.
As a genuine generalist, you will own end-to-end features from problem definition to production, writing the spec and code, and guiding AI-assisted implementation. Expect rapid iteration and a bias toward delivering real user value.
