Leisure Networks in Melbourne (Forest Hill) is seeking a full-time Support Coordinator to help clients access community supports and build capacity for independent living. The role is hybrid, based in Forest Hill with home-office options, and focuses on capacity-building through NDIA plans and strong stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree, NDIA knowledge and proven coordination experience, plus robust written communication and budgeting skills.
