Pier 88 is a busy waterside venue in Manly, serving outstanding food, wine and cocktails in a relaxed, vibrant setting. We are seeking a confident, hands-on Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operation across the floor and bar teams.

You will oversee the FOH team, ensure service excellence, manage rostering, training, stock control and guest feedback while maintaining cost effectiveness. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lively, customer-focused venue with opportunities to grow with the
