Thiess is seeking an experienced HSET Manager to lead safety, health, environment and training on our Caval Ridge Project in the Bowen Basin. The role is in office with a 5/2, 4/3 day shift roster and reports to the Project Manager.

You will drive safety strategies, mentor staff, and oversee a team delivering high-standard HSET programs, incident investigations, risk assessments and continued improvement across the project.
