Eureka Hotel in Salisbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy hospitality team and help run the pub with energy and excellence. You’ll supervise front- and back-of-house staff, ensure protected, smooth operations, and elevate guest experiences across the bar and bistro.

Base salary is $80,000 plus super, bonus scheme, and group-wide discounts. A hands-on role with physical duties and a focus on community engagement awaits the right candidate.
