WAIS is seeking a Chief Medical Officer who will report to the High Performance Director and provide strategic oversight of clinical governance, physician alignment, patient safety and athlete healthcare delivery across the organisation. The role requires a regular in office presence to support clinical oversight and integration within the High Performance team.

Key focus areas include leading clinical governance, establishing clinical standards, and advising the CEO and Board on medical policy
