Workskil Australia is offering a full-time Senior Parent Mentor role at our Craigieburn site to support parents of young children back into the workforce. You will provide person-centred case management, address both vocational and non-vocational needs, and liaise with community organisations to create strong opportunities.

The role requires empathy for families facing disadvantage, solid communication and writing skills, and solid Labour Market knowledge.
