La Renaissance Patisserie in Waterloo, Sydney, seeks an experienced Grade 4 Pastry Chef to join our Waterloo kitchen. This is not a training role and you will produce a full range of French pastries to house standards, including entremets, mousses, ganaches and cake decoration.

The role requires a Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery, a minimum of 3 years in a responsible patisserie, excellent English, and comfort with 4am–5am starts. Immediate start available.
