Selectability is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our Townsville team. Our youth residential program provides accommodation and intensive support to children and young people with diverse needs, aiming for stable, recovery-oriented outcomes.

You will work across a 24/7 roster, bringing robust communication, record-keeping and policy-driven practice, while supporting culturally diverse communities. Be prepared for driving requirements and a casual hourly arrangement with benefits.
