Singleton Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Roads to join our Civil Operations team. You will lead road construction and maintenance projects, mentor staff, coordinate resources and ensure safe, high-quality delivery for the Singleton community.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position, 38 hours per week (9-day fortnight), with a base salary of AU$85,951–$96,685 plus superannuation and commuter vehicle perks.
