Ribs & Roast in Western Sydney NSW is seeking a hands‑on Quality Control Officer to join the Food Safety & Quality team. This on-site role focuses on production-floor QC, ensuring products and processes meet food safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Food Safety & Quality Manager, you will engage in documentation, investigations and continuous improvement activities. The position is full time, Monday–Friday, with early starts and on-site work across the day, offering
