Ravenswood Gold is seeking a Senior Plant Metallurgist to lead and optimise the processing plant's metallurgical performance in a major open-cut gold operation. You will mentor a team of metallurgists, work with operations and technical services, and drive improvements to recovery, throughput and stability.

You will analyse plant data, oversee sampling and test work, and develop improvement initiatives while contributing to planning, budgeting and reporting.
