Ozcare on the Gold Coast invites an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership across our community aged care service. You will lead by example, delivering protected, person-centred care and guiding nursing teams.

Reporting to the Clinical & Care Partnering Manager, you will oversee complex clinical matters, governance and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations relevant to aged care.
