NT Pubco Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced CHEFS/Cooks to join our team on a full time basis at The Full Moon Hotel, Bramble Bay. You will contribute to menu planning, cooking to a high standard and food presentation.

The role requires 2+ years of post-qualification experience, strong food knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with split shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
