Resourceful Recruitment is seeking a Senior HRBP for a global heavy industry client in Queensland. You will join a small HR team and act as right-hand to the Regional HR Manager APAC, owning workforce planning, org design and succession strategy for the region.

You'll coach leaders at all levels, navigate EA/IR strategy and Fair Work matters, and drive a major business transformation. The role offers real autonomy and a defined leadership pathway.
