Brighton Homes, part of the NEX Building Group, is seeking a Construction Site Manager I for multi-residential projects in Toowoomba. You will lead trades, manage the construction program, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery in a retirement village development.

You will coordinate up to 100 contractors, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, drawings, and WHS standards.
