Lagoon Dining in Melbourne is seeking a driven Chef de Partie to join our small, passionate kitchen team on a full time basis. You will work closely with our Head Chef to drive quality and consistency across sections, with a strong focus on Asian flavours and cooking techniques.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be adaptable and detail-focused, and able to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
