Clayton Utz is seeking an experienced senior lawyer to join our Office of General Counsel in Sydney. This in-house role advises senior leaders on commercial and compliance matters, including client engagement terms, supplier agreements and contracting issues.

You will report to the General Counsel and support risk mitigation strategies with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years post-qualification experience, solid knowledge of Australian contract and corporate law,
