UGL is looking for a Systems & Improvement Lead (Business Improvement Project Manager) to drive operational improvement across a national utilities business. Adaptable location with hybrid work across North Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, within UGL Utilities O&M.;

You will gather requirements, map processes and lead implementation to improve performance, working with operational leaders to adopt new tools and ways of working across contracts.
