McArthur in Footscray is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join the leadership team for a brand-recent early learning centre. You will support the opening, recruit and develop the team, and help establish a strong centre culture and foundation for success.

Working with the Centre Director and an experienced management team, you will influence programming, compliance, and community engagement, while coordinating rostering and operations.
