The Cupcake Queens is seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our head office in Altona North. This part time role runs Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm, totalling 22.5 hours per week, and blends customer service, order management and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat; process orders using Shopify and Gorgias; update product listings; and support delivery scheduling while maintaining accurate records
