We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our growing team in Bohle, Townsville. This full-time opportunity offers a diverse, hands-on role within a supportive team environment, with comprehensive training and opportunities for career development.

Previous experience in chemical manufacturing is not essential, as full training will be provided in product blending, equipment operation, warehousing and logistics. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and blend products in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
- Operate production equipment and machinery following appropriate training.
- Assist with receiving, handling, storing and dispatching stock,



including forklift operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
- Support daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.

About You

- Hold a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Have a willingness to learn new skills and undertake training.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety procedures and work effectively within a team.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to daily tasks.
