AC by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Support Expert Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and oversee Heart of House operations. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and effective kitchen turnaround across outlets and storage spaces.

You’ll partner with culinary and F&B; leaders to coach staff, coordinate opening/closing tasks, and uphold high standards of food safety. Rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
