About the Role

As a Production Labourer, you'll be part of a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for producing high-quality steel-reinforced concrete pipes used in major infrastructure and civil construction projects across Australia.

You'll work within a supportive, safety-focused team environment, operating equipment, assisting with production processes, and contributing to the delivery of quality products for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Mould cracking and finishing reinforced concrete pipes pre curing
- Finishing and quality checking pipes post curing
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times





This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow your skills and earnings over time.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, and a strong willingness to learn
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when required
- Reliability and punctuality across all rostered shifts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift Licence - advantageous
- Driver's Licence - required
