Based at Greentech Byron Bay , you’ll play an important role in keeping the branch running smoothly, combining warehouse operations with regular local deliveries . You’ll be responsible for receiving and preparing goods, loading and unloading stock, driving company vehicles and delivering products safely and efficiently to customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Safely drive company vehicles to complete local deliveries to customers.
- Load, secure and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring items are properly packaged and ready for delivery.
- Receive goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Deliver products safely and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Load, unload and move stock safely around the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse organised, clean and presentable, adhering to safety standards.
- Support customers and the wider branch team when needed.
- Perform various ad-hoc duties around the branch to support smooth operations.

Your new role:

This is a hands‑on role within a busy branch where you’ll work closely with a supportive, close‑knit team. You’ll spend part of your day in the warehouse and part of your day on the road, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the job done.

Whatyou’llneed to succeed:

While previous warehouse or storeperson experience would be advantageous, it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude – someone positive, proactive, dependable and willing to get stuck in. Experience in delivery driving, trade distribution or a similar environment would be highly regarded.

To be successful in this position, you will:

- Hold a current MR or HR driver's licence and have a safe driving record.
- Be confident driving a larger vehicle and completing local customer deliveries.
- Have a positive, proactive attitude and take pride in getting the job done properly.
- Be excellent at managing your own time and a real ‘self‑starter’; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
- Be able to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, in accordance with safe work practices.




- Be more than happy to move around on your feet all day – this role can be physically demanding at times and requires someone fit with a “can‑do” attitude!
- Work well in a team and be prepared to jump in and help with customers when needed.
- A forklift licence would be highly advantageous .
- Have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or Current Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident, as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
