PERSOL are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a 12-month casual assignment with an established business in the concrete industry.

This hands-on role involves leading a busy customer service team and working closely with schedulers to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

About the role

- Lead, coach and support the customer service team.
- Ensure customer orders, delivery requirements and charges are recorded accurately.
- Coordinate with schedulers to manage deliveries, maximise truck loads and communicate changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and negotiate alternative delivery times.
- Manage staff rosters, leave coverage and staffing hours.
- Monitor team KPIs and improve service and order accuracy.
- Escalate site and delivery safety concerns.

About you

- Previous experience supervising a team in a demanding customer service environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.




- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Good knowledge of local suburbs and geography.
- Experience in building products, manufacturing, transport or logistics would be advantageous.
