Mermaid Beach Surf Club is opening a brand-new beachfront café across from Hedges Avenue, offering ample hours across both the current café and Merlina's Restaurant upstairs.

We are seeking Baristas and Hospitality Professionals who craft coffee, handle busy service, and contribute to a welcoming team, with RSA/RSG and at least two years in barista and bar roles. Join a community-focused club open seven days and help build a standout guest experience from day one.
