About the Role:

We are seeking Laundry and Cleaning Attendants to join our team on a Causal basis!

You will be based at our Bowral House located at 87-89 Kangaloon Rd Bowral NSW 2576.

Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

Bowral House is seeking a motivated and compassionate Cleaning and Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the elderly and is passionate about providing quality hospitality and dining services. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing and dining experience of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and maintaining surfaces such as windows and doors.
- Receive, sort, load, iron, fold, and distribute laundry items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.




- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support resident comfort and wellbeing.

About You:

- Police Check (National Police Certificate) (Essential)
- At least 1 year experience as a cleaning or laundry attendant (Desirable)
- Previous experience in an aged care workplace (Desirable)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting the elderly
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and enhancing the resident experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
