We're looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team at Inkco Print on the Gold Coast.
We are a growing print, signage and display business working with some of Australia's leading brands. Our team produces everything from printed marketing materials and retail displays to large-format signage and custom promotional products.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
You don't need to know everything — we're more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Receiving deliveries and organising incoming stock
- Stocktaking and general warehouse organisation
- Assisting with local deliveries and pickups
- Helping with general signage and display installations
- Assisting our production team with daily factory tasks
- Preparing materials and products for jobs
- Keeping the factory clean, organised and running efficiently
- Helping out wherever needed to get the job done
What we're looking for
We want someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Shows initiative and doesn't need to be constantly told what to do
- Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Is organised and pays attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is willing to learn current skills and take on new challenges
- Holds a current driver's licence
Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, printing, signage or installations would be great, but it's not essential . We're happy to train the right person.
