Duxton Group is seeking a Casual Chef for Birkenhead Tavern, a popular waterfront pub venue overlooking the Port River. You will join a busy kitchen, working with the Head Chef to prepare pub classics and contemporary Australian dishes, while keeping quality and presentation high.
You'll be part of a friendly kitchen team, with seven-day roster flexibility, nights and weekends. The role focuses on hands-on cooking, collaboration with front-of-house staff and delivering excellent hospitality
