Love horses and enjoy customer service and sales? We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistants to join Horseland.

At Horseland, we're Australia's leading equestrian retailer with over 50 stores nationwide. We're proud to support the riding community with quality products, expert advice, and friendly service.

About the Role

Spring is here and you will play a key role in helping our customers find everything they need for themselves and their horse as the weather warms up !

Your day will include:

- Delivering personalised customer service
- Sharing your product knowledge while assisting with sales, fitting gear, and merchandising stock
- Keeping the store tidy and organised at all times and in line with OHS standards




- Working collaboratively and enthusiastically with other colleagues

About You

We're looking for individuals who is:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about horses and equestrian life
- Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
- Reliable and available over the weekends and weekdays at short notice
- Some experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not essential — we'll provide induction and training!

Australian work rights are required for this position
