The Dysart Hospital is seeking applications for an Operational Support Officer to join their team on a casual basis.

This position is located in Dysart. Accommodation, transport and/or relocation is the responsibility of the successful applicant.

The Operational and Administration services team at Dysart is a close-knit group. We are looking for new team members who will bring the culture and live the values of the Mackay Hospital and Health Service. Being a rural facility, we often face challenges unique to our area and we are looking for someone who has the able to innovate and problem solve within our policies and procedures to achieve the tasks.

About the Team

Dysart hospital is a 9-bed facility with a 24-hour emergency department, general medicine, palliative care, respite care and management of telehealth conferencing.



The scope of the hospital includes the Dysart and Middlemount Community Health centres which provide antenatal support, health promotion, specialist visits, and school health support.
