We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in a part time role, with flexibility in working arrangements for the right person.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager and Principal, you will look after day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities, ensuring our accounts are accurate, organised and up to date.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and is comfortable managing regular bookkeeping and payroll deadlines.

Key responsibilities

- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
- Managing supplier accounts and recording intercompany transactions
- Preparing financial records and supporting information for our external accountants and BAS lodgements
- Keeping financial records accurate and up to date

About you





- Previous bookkeeping experience and strong working knowledge of Xero
- Experience in payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations
- Confidence working across multiple entities
- Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- A dependable, organised approach and the ability to work independently
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Real estate experience is welcome but is not essential.
