Optiva is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Officer to own day-to-day financial administration across Optiva and its entities. You'll maintain Xero records, manage AP/AR, expenses, and supplier payments, and perform bank reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and well-organised systems.
You’ll work part time, five days a week, four hours per day, in a Work From Home Gold Coast Based role, with direct collaboration with the CEO and external accountants to improve processes.
