About The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our Housekeeping team and ensuring every guest experiences the high standards K'gari Beach Resort is known for.

Working alongside the Housekeeping Manager, you'll help coordinate daily operations, support and mentor team members, and maintain exceptional presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional looking to further develop their leadership career in a unique island environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department
- Lead,



coach and support Housekeeping team members
- Monitor room presentation and cleanliness standards
- Assist with rostering, training and team coordination
- Ensure safety, maintenance and operational procedures are followed

About You

You're a hands‑on leader who leads by example, enjoys supporting your team and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

You'll bring:

- Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Previous hotel, resort or accommodation experience
- Strong organisational and people leadership skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems
- Current Australian manual driver's licence
