Monadelphous is seeking a boilermaker/welder apprentice to join our Gladstone branch, starting in January 2027. Based at the Gladstone workshop, the four-year apprenticeship combines paid work with hands-on training alongside experienced tradespeople.

You will complete a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication, with support from our apprenticeship team and opportunities for long-term career development across regional projects.
